Deadline for payment
Payment deadline for the registration fee: immediately after receiving the e-mail confirming your participation (regardless of any tuition fee waiver that may be granted)
Please note:
Your place in the program is only secured if you transfer the registration fee and tuition to our account via money-wire transfer on time. Make sure that your bank will not deduct additional costs for the transfer. All bank fees have to be paid by you. Please ask the bank in your home country for assistance. Please include your full name and the abbreviation of your program (MACIL) on the money-wire transfer payment. Your name has to be clearly identifiable.
A limited number of tuition fee waivers is available, ranging from partial tuition fee waivers of 50% up to full (100%) tuition fee waivers.
Tuition waivers will be awarded on the basis of the overall quality of applications.
You are able to apply during the online application process.
Students from selected LMU partner universities may be eligible for full tuition waivers. Please contact your international office at your home university.
Cancellation*:
Cancellation before the registration deadline:
The registration fee will not be refunded.
All other deposits will be fully refunded.
Cancellation after the registration deadline:
The registration fee will not be refunded.
If accommodation was booked, the deposit for the rent will not be refunded and has to be paid.
Cancellation 4 weeks before beginning of the course:
The registration fee will not be refunded.
If accommodation was booked, the deposit for the rent will not be refunded and only 50% of the tuition will be refunded.
Cancellation 3 days before beginning of the course:
The registration fee will not be refunded.
If accommodation was booked, the deposit for the rent will not be refunded and only 20% of the tuition will be refunded.
Once the course has started, no refund will be granted.
Cancellation by MISU
All tuition and fees will be fully refunded.
