  • Yaman Akzdeniz
    Yaman Akdeniz is Professor of Law at Istanbul Bilgi University (Turkey) and has been working as an expert to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights with regard to challenges posed by the Internet.
  • Stephen Allen
    Stephen Allen is Senior Lecturer in Law at Queen Mary College, University of London and a practising lawyer. His research interests include the areas of territoriality/extra-territoriality and State sovereignty and jurisdiction in international law.
  • Jutta Brunnée
    Jutta Brunnée is Associate Dean of Law and Professor of Law at the University of Toronto, holding the Metcalf Chair in Environmental Law. She has published widely on questions of Public International Law and International Environmental Law.
  • Terry Gill
    Terry Gill is Professor of Military Law at the University of Amsterdam and the Netherlands Defence Academy. He is Director of the Research Program on the Law of Armed Conflict and Peace Operations at the Amsterdam Centre for International Law and of the Netherlands Research Forum on the Law of Armed Conflict and Peace Operations. Between 2010 and 2012 he served as a member of the Expert Group on the Manual of International Law relating to Cyber Warfare (NATO Tallinn Manual)
  • Oren Gross
     Oren Gross is Irving Younger Professor of Law and Director of the Institute for International Legal & Security Studies at University of Minnesota (USA); he is also currently Nomura Visiting Professor of International Financial Systems at Harvard Law School (2012-13).
  • Jeanne Pia Mifsud Bonnici
    Jeanne Pia Mifsud Bonnici is Professor of Law and holds the Rosalind Franklin Chair in European Technology Law and Human Rights at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (The Netherlands).
  • Ulrich Sieber
    Director at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg (Germany) and honorary professor and faculty member at the Universities of Freiburg and Munich.
  • Christian Walter
    Christian Walter is Professor of International Law and Director of the Chair of Public Law and Public International Law at the University of Munich (Germany).
  • Thomas Cottier
    Thomas Cottier is Professor of European Law and International Economic Law and Director of the World Trade Institute at University of Bern (Switzerland).
